This policy constitutes an integral part of the *GUANGYAN Service Use Agreement* and applies to all users of GUANGYAN (excluding employees employed and managed by GUANGYAN), including but not limited to the relevant personal information provided when such users register as GUANGYAN users, and the personal data used in cooperation and collaboration with GUANGYAN.

Except for registration and operational activities, GUANGYAN will not actively request users to provide any personal information. GUANGYAN will record users' usage time and paths, and such records are only for the purpose of providing you with better product functions and experiences. Such information will not be individually analyzed for specific individuals. GUANGYAN may collect your personal data in the following situations and for the following purposes:

1. Account Registration Information

When you register for a GUANGYAN account, in order to verify your identity and recommend services that match your interests, you agree to provide GUANGYAN with personal information (including but not limited to name, phone number, WeChat ID, QQ number, payment channel accounts such as Alipay, address, email, identity information, ID number, bank card number, gender, profile photo, occupation, and hobbies, etc.). You shall be responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential. If any issues arise with your account due to your failure to fulfill information security and confidentiality obligations, you will assume full liability. Meanwhile, due to unpredictable factors in the network environment or terminal network issues on your end (including but not limited to network disconnection, hacking, viruses, etc.) that result in your account or personal information being stolen by third parties, GUANGYAN and its managing company shall not bear any liability for compensation.

2. Service Usage Information

When you visit GUANGYAN or use the services provided by GUANGYAN, GUANGYAN may record relevant information about user operations (including but not limited to the user's computer IP address, device identifier, hardware model, operating system version, user location, and log information related to GUANGYAN services) to optimize and provide you with better services. You understand and agree to this.

3. Other Relevant Information

In addition to the above information, GUANGYAN may also collect other information from users for the reasonable needs of providing services, improving service quality, and conducting relevant research. This includes but is not limited to user operation records, test data formed when users use GUANGYAN services, information provided by users when contacting GUANGYAN's customer service team, and information collected by GUANGYAN during interactions between users and GUANGYAN or its affiliated companies. You understand and agree to this.

4. Information Security Protection

To ensure the security of user information, GUANGYAN has been and will continue to make efforts to adopt various reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative security measures to protect user information, preventing the used information from being leaked, damaged, or lost. These measures include but are not limited to encrypted storage of information and access control in data centers. GUANGYAN also implements strict management measures for employees or outsourced personnel who may have access to user information, including but not limited to different permission controls based on job positions and signing confidentiality agreements with employees. However, this does not cover situations where relevant regulations or government requirements oblige GUANGYAN to provide the above information to fulfill its duties.
